FRP PU Foam Sandwich Panels For Refrigerated Trucks

FRP&PU composite panels are composed of Gel coated FRP skins on both sides of a PU (Polyurethane) core. Regular FRP skin thickness is 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm. Total Panels thickness frequently used is 25mm, 30mm, and 50mm. Panel size within 2500x10000mm can be customized as per customers request.

FRP Polyurethane (PU) Composite Panel 

FRP&PU composite panels are composed of Gel coated FRP skins on both sides of a PU (Polyurethane) core. Regular FRP skin thickness is 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm. Total Panels thickness frequently used is 25mm, 30mm, and 50mm. Panel size within 2500x10000mm can be customized as per customers request.

Our FRP skin is made of unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber, the polyurethane core used is B2-B1 class fire retardant foam core. The FRP skin is very smooth in glossy or matt finish at your request. We can also embed structure such as steel tubes or aluminum profile inside the panels to strengthen the panel or for installation purpose.

1. Resorcinol   gel-coat (any color by RAL NO.)
2. Alkali-free glass fiber
3. Food grade high quality unsaturated polyester resin.

4. Polyurethane core

Physical   performance

1.Excellent of   water proof.

2.No   delaminating and peeling off after long-term use.

Insulation   performance

1.The heat conductivity of 50mm is lower than 0.02W/m.K.
2.K value: <0.4W/㎡.K.
3.Air leaking ratio <1.2/h (heat transferring >40㎡)
4.Air leaking ratio <1.5/h (heat transferring >20 ~ 40㎡)

5.Air leaking   ratio <2.1/h (heat transferring <20㎡)

Surface   performance

1.Good gloss   retention and smooth appearance.

2.high   temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, aging   resistance;
