Aluminum Honeycomb Panel Introduction:
HWSTRONGER Aluminum honeycomb panel is a fully certified sandwich panel faced with aluminium sheets on both sides and aluminium honeycomb sandwiched inside. The panel is very lightweight and non-combustible.
The hexagonal cell aluminium honeycomb has optimum mechanical properties and is able to carry more shear loads at much lower weight than foams or other core types
The aluminum face skins can be bare aluminum for further painting and lamination. It can also be precoated with different colors, special color like wood grain and stone grain is also available.
Available Specifications:
Top aluminium skin: can be range from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. regular used top skin is in 0.5mm for further lamination, prepainted skin normally is from 0.7mm to 1.0mm.
Back aluminum skin: can be range from 0.3mm to 2.0mm. regular used back skin is 0.5mm.
Core material: Aluminum Honeycomb core, regular cell size 3/8 inch, cell node 6mm, foil thickness 0.06mm.
Alloy Used: A3003 and A5052
Overall panel thickness: From 4mm to 300mm. common panel thickness 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. other thickness can be customized.
Standard panel size: 4ftx8ft(1220x2440mm)
Recommended thickness for different applications:
Ceilings: 10mm and 12mm.
Exterior wall claddings: 25mm and 30mm
Interior wall decoration: 12mm, 15mm
Insulation walls: 50mm
Floor panels: 25mm
Roof panels: 25mm, 30mm, 50mm
