TOPBOND started to produce honeycomb materials in 1992 and was reorganized in 2010. Now we have several workshops in Foshan with a total coverage of more than 30,000 square meters. The workshops are equipped with premium automatic production machines and testing machines. More than 300 experienced workers, team of engineers and sellers are devoted to providing high quality products and professional services for you. We not only supply the panels but also provide installation systems and offer design supports.

Our Production capacity:

1) 1000,000 square meters of aluminum honeycomb cores and corrugated cores annually.

2) More than 200,000 square meters of metal and nonmetal honeycomb panels annually.
3) More than 300,000 square meters of aluminum curtain wall veneers annually.

4) More than 100,000 square meters of FRP sandwich panels annually.

Quality Control & Test:

Strict Quality Control throughout the whole production and delivery: Income Material (IQC) - Processing( IPQC)-Composite(IPQC)-Packing(IPQC)-Stock (OQC) -Loading(FQC)-QA

Raw material inspection: all aluminum coils and aluminum honeycomb materials will be strictly inspected after returning to the factory, such as whether the surface of the aluminum coil is properly processed, whether there is color difference, whether the thickness is accurate, and whether the aperture size of the honeycomb core is correct.

Inspection during manufacturing process: During the production process, each step of the production will be checked on site to confirm that each production stage is carried out accurately and if any problems are found, adjustments can be made in time.

Inspection is carried out during the packaging process. Our workers will carefully check whether each product has defects when packing the products. If there are defects, they will be replaced to ensure that every honeycomb product that reaches the customer is qualified.
