Fiberglass Aluminum Honeycomb Core Sandwich Panels for Stone Composite

1. General Information

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) and aluminum honeycomb panel is made of fiberglass skins on both sides and aluminum honeycomb inside. The rough surface panel is for further lamination for example to bond natural stone or porcelain on top of the fiberglass honeycomb panels. Core materials can be aluminum honeycomb, PP honeycomb, foam board (XPS, PU,PET,PVC). FRP composite panels are highly durable, cost effective and widely applicated. The max size can be up to 2000mmx10000mm, thickness ranges from 3mm--400mm, any size within this can be customized as per your requirements.

Standard panel size: 1220x2440mm

Regular Used size: 1500x3000mm

Regular thickness: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, any thickness between 6mm to 300mm can be customized.
