5052 High Quality Aluminium Honeycomb Cores For Honeycomb Composite Panels

Aluminium honeycomb core is made of mutiple layers aluminium foil glued and under hot lamination, the honeycomb structure is formed after cutting and expanding.

HWSTRONGER honeycomb core use high quality aluminium foil in 300H18 or 5052H18 alloy. The honeycomb core produced is in high quality and stable structure.

Aluminium honeycomb core is kind of very lightweight materials but with high strength. The honeycomb structure can be used for further bonding with other surface materials like aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, HPL board, fiberglass sheet, wood veneer, stone veneer, porcelain tiles and etc.

Micro hole honeycomb core is mostly used for lighting fixture, regular cell node 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm.

The price quoted will be per square meter, calculate by expanded square meters. If you have large quantity, we can also quote by weight.

Usually the honeycomb core is packed and shipped in unexpanded slices, it can be easily expanded manually after you receive at your side. With very high density honeycomb core, it will be difficult to expande by hand, you can buy an expanding machine if you have longterm use.
