Aluminum Honeycomb Panels for Wall Claddings


Aluminum honeycomb panel is a kind of composite materials made by two aluminum sheets sandwiched with hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core inside. Aluminum honeycomb panel is the best solution for exterior wall cladding when perfect weight-strength ratio is required.


HWSTRONGER aluminum honeycomb panels are made from industry aluminum alloy 3003 series and 5000 series. The aluminum sheet is bonded tightly with the honeycomb core with two-component epoxy glue or high temperature ppolyurethane glue. The glues are environmental and doesn't contain any harmful chemicals after during natural condition or after burning.


When aluminum honeycomb panels used for exterior wall claddings, the top aluminum skin need to be PVDF coated for weather resistance. A wide range of colors are available for your choosen, colors in RAL color chart and Panton color chart, wood texture, stone texture, and other any colors you can imagine can be done on aluminum sheet.

Available Specifications of aluminum honeycomb panels:

Panel size: 1220x2440mm, 1500x3000mm, max. size 2000x10000mm.

Panel thickness: From 4mm to 200mm. Regular thickness 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm,25mm,30mm

Aluminum skin: 3003 or 5052 alloy, thickness 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, etc.


Comparision of aluminum honeycomb panels(aluminum honeycomb core inside) and aluminum composite panels(plastic foam inside):

  1.  Aluminum honeycomb panel has better panel flatness and rigidness, thus honeycomb panels can be produced into larger panel sizes but still with good strength.

  2. Aluminum honeycomb panel has better fireproof performance. Our honeycomb panel is tested A2 class fire retardant materials.

  3. Aluminum honeycomb panel has longer lifespan in outdoor conditions. PVDF coated honeycomb panels are durable for 20 years in exterior use.

  4. Aluminum honeycomb panel has better vibration insulation and sound insulation. 

  5. Aluminum honeycomb panel has better wind load capacity.

  6. Aluminum honeycomb panel can be manufctured into different shapes and is more easily to be processed on construction site.

  7. Aluminum honeycomb panel is 100% recyclable.

 

Package and delivery time:

There will be protective plastic film on panel surface, then panels will be piled and packed in export grade plywood crates.

Regular delivery time for small order in 10-15 days, for order more than 1000m2, delivery time is 20-25 days.

Do you have any stocks?

We don't have stock of finished panels, but we have stock of aluminum raw materials, so we're able to supply panels in short time.


What's your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 100m2, but that depends on your order details, if we have materials in stock, we can do even below our MOQ quantity.


Do you offer free samples?

Yes we offer free samples, but please support the courier costs.
