PVDF Coated Exterior Use Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

HWSTRONGER aluminium honeycomb panels are manufactured from high quality 3003H24 aluminium alloy. Honeycomb core is made from 3003H18 aluminium alloy. The aluminum sheet and honeycomb core are bonded together by hot/cold lamination machines. The aluminum honeycomb panel is a kind of new cladding materials with it's good properties of lightweight, high strength, super flatness, weather resistance and fireproof.

Aluminium honeycomb panel used for exterior claddings or roofs are always coated with PVDF which is weather resistant and can be durable for more than 15 years in outdoor condition. Any RAL colors and special grains can be made on the aluminum skin to acheive the beautity of your buildings.
