Marine honeycomb panel is an aluminium sandwich type panel with high rigidity and extreme low weight. Marine honeycomb panel is composed of aluminum honeycomb core with HPL (high pressure laminates) as the skins. Marine honeycomb panel are specially designed for ship buildings because it's fire-resistant propertities.

HWSTRONGER manufacture a variety of marine honeycomb panels. The surface can be choosen from different HPL sheets from famous brand like Formica. Customer can choose only one skin with HPL sheet the other skin with aluminum sheet, or two skins with HPL sheet.

b: cell size 6.35mm to 15mm.                                          d1 d2: aluminum sheet in thickness of 0.5mm to 1.0mm

    foil thickness 0.05mm, 0.06mm                                        or HPL sheet in 0.7mm, 1.0mm

Application of marine honeycomb panels

Thanks to it's very lightweight and economic workability, marine honeycomb panels are used particularly in the interior decoration of the ship-for the ceilings, walls, partitions and furnitures.
