Perforation:

At your request. There will be non-woven fabric between the perforated aluminum skin and the honeycomb core to prevent the glue come out and give better sound insualtion.

There are plastic protective film on panel surface, then panels are piled flatly on plywood crates.  

 Delivery time:

Regular lead time: 10-20 days
Peak season lead time: 30 days.
Off season lead time: 10 working days

How do you control the quality?

For each order, we will have pre-production meeting which helps our production team to better understand order details and quality requirements to avoid any mistake in the production.

During production, we have QC to check the quality of each process.

The honeycomb cores and glues used are all produced by our branch factory so we have good control on the raw material.

Pre-shipment inspection is welcomed.

What is your terms of payment?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance shipment before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable.
