Fiberglass honeycomb panel is both sides fiber glass sheet composited with aluminum honeycomb core or PP honeycomb. Fiberglass honeycomb panel has light body but solid quality, light weight and great intensity, large load capacity, high specific strength and rigidity, not easy to distortion. Most clients like to use it to make composite stone panels or for truck body and container buildings.

Dimensions of fiberglass honeycomb panels:

Total Panel thickness: 15mm, other thickness from 4mm to 200mm can be made to order

Fiberglass skins: woven roving glass with polyester resin, thickness 0.4mm to 5.0mm.

Regular used fiberglass skin: 0.5mm and 1.0mm

Surface finish: Smooth finish or rough surface for further lamination

Inside material: aluminium honeycomb cores or polypropylene honeycomb cores

Panel size: standard size 4ft by 8ft, 1220x2440mm, other sizes within 2000mmx10000mm are customized.
