Lightweight Fiberglass Honeycomb Panels

Fiberglass honeycomb panel is made of fiberglass sheets and honeycomb core.

The honeycomb core can be aluminum honeycomb cores or PP honeycomb cores(polypropylene honeycomb).

The fiberglass skin is produced by polyester resin with woven roving fiberglass, surface can be either rough for further lamination nor smooth for further painting.

Parameters of fiberglass honeycomb panels:

A variety of panel thickness are available:

6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm or any other customize thickness.

Fiberglass skin sheet can be 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and etc.

Standard sheet size is 4 feet by 8 feet, 1220x2440mm, customize size within 2000x10000mm.

The fiberglass honeycomb panel is very light material with good rigidity. It is always used for truck building, container building, ship building and wherever corrosion resistant and lightweight material is required.
