Fireproof Formica HPL Aluminum Honeycomb Panels For Ship Decoration

Formica HPL Honeycomb Composite Panel is made of Formica HPL(High pressure laminates) composited with aluminum honeycomb panels. Formica Laminates are decorative laminated products primarily used for furniture surface materials or wall panelling. The HPL board has good fireproof perfomance so it is always required for ship decorations. Normall Thickness of HPL sheet is 0.7mm and 1.0mm. 

When aluminum honeycomb panels composited with HPL sheet on top it will have better fire retardance and usually used for decoration on ships and vessels such as ship furnitures, walls, partitions, ceilings as well as floors. Besides, we also offer aluminum connecting profiles for different parts of panels.

The panel are customized products, regular panel dimensions are:

1220x2440mm panel size

HPL thickness: 0.7mm-1.0mm

honeycomb panel thickness: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm and 25mm

Overall panel thickness:

12mm for ceilings, 25mm for floors, 15mm or 20mm for walls, 25mm for furniture tops.
