Aluminium honeycomb core is composed by multi-layer aluminum foil,  honeycomb is formed after fully expanded. HWSTRONGER Aluminium honeycomb core has sharp and clear hole surface, and it is suitable for adhering to high grade plate as well as other purposes. We mainly produce micro-aperture aluminium core and normal aluminum core.

HWSTRONGER produce a wide range specifications of aluminum honeycomb cores. Honeycomb core cell size from 1/25 inch to 2 inches,  honeycomb core thickness/height from 2mm to 300mm, aluminum wall foil thickness from 0.02mm to 0.15mm. The aluminum honeycomb shape can be rectangle, triangle, rhombus, trapezoid, round and etc. Usually the aluminum honeycomb skin is in natural aluminum color, special surface treatment like pianting and coating can be customized according to your applications.

Such as Crystal lattice for electric heater, laser-beam cutter panel for textile machine, network for trafical guidance light, separator for illumination, guidance for water and gas purification, cooling agent carrier for air conditioner, refrigerator and air purification, and also being screen printing panel, shielding screen, heat insulation screen and so on.

Aluminum honeycomb is one of the highest strength/weight ratios of any structural material. There are various configurations of the adhesive bonding of the aluminum foil which can lead to a variety of geometric cell shapes (usually hexagonal). Properties can also be controlled by varying the foil thickness and cell size. Our honeycomb is usually supplied in the unexpanded block form and is stretched out into a sheet on-site.
