Lightweight, 10mm thick aluminum honeycomb core weighs less than 0.5kg/m2.

Stiffness, aluminum honeycomb core offer good strength, a wide range of cell size and foil thickness can be chosen.

Fire resistance, aluminum honeycomb sheet is a kind of fireproof materials, it is tested A2 fire class building materials.

Compression, shear and corrosion resistance

Flatness, aluminum honeycomb sheet when expanded forms like a thousands of "工" shape walls, it offers super flatness and high strength.

Aluminium honeycomb sheets are most commonly used for making lightweight sandwich panels, it can be easily bonded to different surface materials including aluminum sheet, steel sheet, wood sheet, HPL sheet, natural stones, porcelains and etc. Beside, aluminum honeycomb sheet can be widely used in machines, transportation sector, furniture, ship decoration, lighting fixture and deflector for ventilation devices.
