HWSTRONGER honeycomb panel is a kind of composite materials made by two aluminum sheets laminated with aluminum honeycomb core inside. Hwstronger's HPL honeycomb panel is designed and manufactured especially for decoration on ships, commercial vessels, yacht and etc. The HPL sheet mostly used is Formica or Wilsonart.

HPL laminate sheet is a kind of fireproof material, when honeycomb panel laminated with HPL sheet on the skins, the honeycomb panels offer better fire retardant performance than soley aluminum honeycomb panels.

We offer standard panel size 1220x2440mm, smally size can be cut off, larger size can be customized at certain quantity.

Regularly used panel thickness: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, any panel thickness from 6mm to 200mm can be customized at your request.

Various colors of HPL can be choosen, wood grain color is the most preferred one.

The HPL honeycomb panels will be packed in export grade plywood crates.
