PVDF Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

Aluminum Honeycomb Panle  is an aluminum composite panel comprising of a non-combusible aluminum honeycomb core sandwiched between two aluminum alloy skins. The front skin is always finished with Fluorocarbon(PVDF) coating applied through a continuous coil coating process in different colors. The back skin is finished with a protective coating.

PVDF aluminum honeycomb panels are used in outdoor conditions which is durable for 20 to 25 years. Compared with traditional aluminum composite panels wall cladding, PVDF aluminum honeycomb panels have better flatness, higher strength, larger size and better sound and heat insulation propertities.

Weight 

One of the primary reasons for utilizing aluminum honeycomb panels is that they have excellent strength-to-weight ratios compared to traditional construction materials.  

Strength 

The hexagonal structure of the honeycomb cores forms thousands of walls which is very stable and gives the whle panel good strength and super flatness.

Fire Resistance

We uses a number of materials that are non-combustible and self extinguishing. Most flammability ratings and building codes can be easily met with some combination of materials. 

Thermal Control 

Most aluminum honeycomb panels have excellent insulation properties simply due to the nature in which they are designed. Since both honeycomb and foam cores trap air between the skins, they are inherently insulating to some degree.  

Sound Control 

While we do not specialize in acoustical panels, we are happy to incorporate any type of sound deadening specifications into the composite panels that we design. 

Impact Resistance 

Impact resistance can be adjustable by change of the honeycomb cell size, wall thickness, or adding thickness to the surface material.  

Corrosion Resistance 

The PVDF coating protects the aluminum surface from corrosion and weather resistance.

Recyclable

The PVDF aluminum honeycomb panel are made from aluminum alloy which is 100% recyclable.

Easy Installation

The PVDF aluminum honeycomb panel used for external wall facade and cladding is easy to be installed.

There is a special system to install the honeycomb panels to the wall which saves both energy and workforce.
