100mm Aluminium Honeycomb Panels For Tank Floating Roofs With Welded Corners

Aluminium honeycom panels are made of two aluminium sheet on both sides of a hexagonal honeycomb cores.

The honeycomb panel is lightweight panels with high strength and good rigidity.

The aluminium honeycomb panels can be used for tank covers, tank floating roofs with four edges closed like a sealed boxes so can prevent oil leakage.

Aluminium honeycomb panels used for tank floating roofs are in thickness of 50mm to 100mm.

The thickest panel we have made is in 200mm.

The maximum size is 2000mm width by 10000mm length with open edges.

The maximum size of panel with folded edges is 1600mm by 6000mm.

The aluminium skin used for such panel should be ≥0.8mm to ensure the strength of the panel and to facilitite the welding process.
