HWSTRONGER aluminum corrugated panel is a kind of sandwich panel made from aluminum corrugated core bonded with one or two aluminum sheet. The corrugated core bonded with one aluminum sheet is always used for ceilings, while the corrugated core bonded with two skins can replace the aluminum composite panels as signage board, wall decoration panels and etc.

The waved shape of aluminium corrugated core increased the bonding surface to aluminium sheet(compared with honeycomb core structure), thus has better bonding strength.

6. Can be processed into different shapes. The edges of the corrugated panel without rear skin can be folded into hooked shapes and to be easily installed. The edges of the corrugated panels with both skins can be sealed.

6. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection

The core sheet of the aluminum corrugated panel is of the water ripple shape, which forms an air passageway between the front skin and back skin, that is, a hollow system, so that the sheet is among the best products for heat insulation. Under the action of solar radiation, the air in the passageway rises in temperature and flows upwards, taking the heat away and having the performance of insulating against heat. In a cold area, the sealing of the upper and lower ends of the corrugated passageway in sunlight in the daytime helps store heat energy and reduce the running off of indoor heating, having the performance of heat insulation. The remainder of the corrugated sheet in engineering can be recovered by 100%, being environmentally-fi iendly and pollution-free.
