Lightweight aluminium honeycomb panels are made of two aluminium sheet with aluminium honeycomb cores inside. The aluminium surfaces are in aluminium alloy 1100, 3003 or 5052 series alloy. The aluminium sheet of lightweight honeycomb panels varies from 0.3mm to 5.0mm. The surface of lightweight aluminium honeycomb panels can be in mill finish, PVDF coated for exterior use, PE coated for interior use, primer coated for anti-corrosion, anodized and etc.

Description of lightweight aluminum honeycomb panels:
Lightweight aluminium honeycomb panel is new building and decoration material which was originally used in aviation. It is made from high quality aluminum alloy with thickness of 0.5- 2.5mm. The surface finish is Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating or color Polyester (PE ) coating. The core is hexagon aluminum honeycomb with wall thickness of 0.04-0.06mm and side length 5-6mm. With honeycomb sandwich structure, the aluminum honeycomb panel is with very good strength, smooth flatness and light weight.

Raw materials of Lightweight Aluminium Honeycomb Panel:
1) PVDF (fluorocarbon) coating;
2) High quality honeycomb core;
3) Macromolecule sticking film;
4) Aluminum skins;
3.Color: all colors(RAL color chart, Panton color chart), Chameleon colors, wood-like colors, marble-like colors.
4.Package: bulk or Wooden crate
5.Size: 1220x2440mm or custom sizes, largets size 2000x12000mm.
