4x8 ft Aluminum Honeycomb Panels For Wall Cladding

1. General Information

Aluminum honeycomb panel is a kind of sandwich panel bonding two aluminum cover sheets on aluminum honeycomb core in between. It offers high mechanical properties and good fire performances. The aluminum face material can be pre-painted in different RAL colors. The aluminium faces (skins) are available in different thicknesses and coatings, anodized or with primer.

The aluminum skin we use are 3003 or 5052 alloy according to customer's different applications.

2. Structure of Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

Core Material: aluminum honeycomb core                                           

standard cell size used is 3/8 inch, foil 0.06mm                              

are available according to your panel applications,

 Height from 3mm to 500mm                             

top and bottom aluminum skin

common thickness 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm

The honeycomb core is made of high grade 3003 alloy.                     

Aluminum skins are made of alloy 3003.

3. Specifications Available

TOPBOND honeycomb panel is available in various standard thickness of 6m, 8mm,10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm (maximum thickness go up to 500mm) and is supplied at standard widths of 1220mm or 1500mm(max. wdith 2500mm) and maximum length go up to 12000mm. The production of special is possible.
