HWSTRONGER honeycomb panel is aluminum sandwich-type panel with high rigidity and extremely low weight. It is the ideal material for a host of applications in architecture, transport,display or industrial production.
 
In contrast to conventional honeycomb composite panel, our system components- the “aluminum honeycomb core” and the coil coated” aluminum cover sheet” are bonded in a continuous process.
 
The advantage: product quality and surface evenness; the materials does not become brittle-hard but shows tough and resilient properties and excellent peel strength.

HWSTRONGER honeycomb panel is available in various standard thickness of 6, 10, 15, 20 and 25mm (maximum thickness go up to 200mm) and is supplied at standard widths of 1220mm or 1500mm and maximum length go up to 8000mm. The production of special is possible.

Coating System

 

Paint Finishes

 

The aluminum cover sheets of HWSTRONGER Aluminum Honeycomb Panel are factory pre-finished by ”Litong” with a PVDF(fluorocarbon) coating applied by a “Reserve Roller Coating” process. The total dry-film thickness of the coating in minimum 40 microns, consisting of a chromate conversion coating, an inhibitive primer and a topcoat. The coated surface is complied strictly with the “Specification for coated coil for exterior building applications” issued by ECCA (European Coil Coating Association) to achieve the quality.

 

Lacquering

 

The surface of HWSTRONGER Aluminum Honeycomb panel are coated using high quality lacquer system. The systems combine good formability and excellent surface durability. They are extremely resistant against weathering, strong solar radiation and pollution attack.

 

The PVDF (i.e. fluorocarbon) coating is applied to the aluminum coil prior to lamination into a honeycomb panel, using a continuous coil coating process system imported from Korea. The multiple layers are individually stove at temperature between 200 to 260. The quality of coating is tested according to standards established by ASTM (USA).

 

The finished surface of HWSTRONGER Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is factory protected with a self-adhesive peel-off film. The reverse side of the panels is polyester lacquer pre-finished or in mill finih by our factory applying the same process and is comply with the same standards and specifications.

 

PVDF Color Coated Aluminum Coil

Litong PVDF color coated aluminum coil with good PVDF paints and high performance of aluminum coil is produced by advanced roller coating. Florin atom had biggest electro negative performance and it can form a stable high bonding F-C, furthermore, it has special symmetry molecule structure.
